Connecting your intraoral scanner to Modern Dental Lab SG is quick and easy. Follow the step-by-step guides to get you started. If your intraoral scanner of choice isn’t here, contact our customer service team at +65 6254 1138 and they’ll get you started.

• STEP 1:

Register for a Medit Link account at www.meditlink.com/login and login after account is created.

• STEP 2:

Click on “Partners” icon and search Modern Dental Laboratory (Singapore) Pte Ltd.

• STEP 3:

Once Modern Dental Laboratory (Singapore) Pte Ltd is located, click “Request Partnership”.

• STEP 4:

Once we approve your connection request, the status will change from “Pending” to “Partners” on the Medit Link website. You can now start sending cases to us.

• STEP 1:

Register for an account at https://eu.freqtek.com/account/login.html and login through the webpage after account is created.

• STEP 2:

Click on “Device” icon on the left, scroll to the right and click “Add Lab” under “Operation”.

• STEP 3:

Enter and search the following email address: [email protected], you will see Result: Modern Dental Laboratory Singapore.

• STEP 4:

Click on the search result and you will be able to click on a “+” button to connect with us.

• STEP 5:

Once you are connected to us, you will be able to click on “MDSG” button when you want to send case to us.

• STEP 1:

You may contact your ITero representative to help you with this and provide them our email address: [email protected]. If you don’t have one, please call us at +65 6254 1138 and request to establish a connection between your scanner and Modern Dental Lab Singapore.

• STEP 2:

Refresh the system to ensure the lab is displayed. To do this, simply select Settings > Sync Configuration.

• STEP 1:

Register for a 3shape Communicate account at www.3shapecommunicate.com and login after account is created.

• STEP 2:

Click on the “Connections” in the “Settings” menu, then click on “Labs” button and choose “Search’.

• STEP 3:

Enter and search the following email address: [email protected], you will see Result: Modern Dental Laboratory Singapore.

• STEP 4:

Tick the option “Lab” and click “Connect” button. Connection request will be sent to us.

• STEP 5:

Upon approval from us, please click on refresh and you will have successfully linked to us.

• STEP 1:

Register yourself at https://customer.connectcasecenter.com/ and login after account is created.

• STEP 2:

In the “Practice” menu, go to “Preferred Labs” and click “Add Preferred Labs”.

• STEP 3:

Search Modern Dental Lab Singapore and click “Add Lab” to confirm.

• STEP 4:

We will now appear in your “Preferred Labs List” with the status “Active” and you can now start sending cases to us.

• STEP 1:

Sign into the Dental Cloud. Enter the “Connections” tab on the left of the Dental Cloud portal.

• STEP 2:

Click the “New” button in the upper right corner and search “Modern Dental Lab Singapore”.

• STEP 3:

Click “Confirm” to send the connection request to us. 

• STEP 4:

Upon approval from us, please click on refresh and you will have successfully linked to us.
